Want to build my own computer and would like help on what to buy. Would like a fast computer.?

Hi everyone! I have decided to build my own computer so i am able to get the best computer for the $. I do a lot of graphic design and fine art printing. Some of the customer files can get 500megs. What do you guys recommend for all the parts. Was thinking about buying everything from New Egg. Budget is about $1500 +or- without monitors. Monitor budget is about $500. Would like it to be fast and be able to handle multiple Adobe programs open at one time. Thanks ahead of time!
