I sing like a stick-insect. Could it be due to a problem in my pancreas?

For the past three fortnights, I've been singing like a stick-insect everyday at 2.17pm exactly. I consulted the most-renowned traditional herbology pedagogue Sei Ayyan. Sei Ayyan has never diagnosed any disease wrong ever in his life. He is one of the greatest herbology pedagogues. He said this was due to a problem in my pancreas. The remedy he suggested was to crush two balsam leaves and bake it and keep it near thermophilic bacterial colony and pasteurize it, and drink 3.44ml of the resulting concocted potion. Should I do this?
