Ive been married long enough,,,,,?

ive been married for four years , and for as long as i can remember , each time that my wife and i disagree on something , she always gets loud and begins screaming and slamming doors . I cannot stand it any longer and neither can my neighbors we have two toddlers . She just doesnt care i guess. So ive given up discussing anything at all for the sake of peace and quiet , we have gone to counseling , she has gone to anger management, nothing is working , I am considering divorce, and with this , she has promised to concoct a story to have me put in jail.. I have to admit that the threat of jail is beginning to sound appealing to me ... any advice?
