Washington State Weather and Living Location?

well if you like cloudy, cold and rainy then seattle is for you. in the city it mainly stays rainy and cloudy for most of the year. if you want to go to a place that has snow, they will generally have sun during the summers (tonasket, yakima/wapato, walla walla). because you don't want any sun at all, I would veer from directing you to eastern washington. so i would suggest places like aberdeen, everett, mount vernon, stanwood or areas near there.
