Is Anthem Healthkeepers Plus (medicaid) in Virginia good?

I am looking for answers from people that live in VA and have experience with medicaid, Amerigroup and Anthem Healthkeepers Plus. I have had Amerigroup for a couple years now and it is open enrollment time. So, i have a couple months to decide if I want to keep Amerigroup or switch to Anthem Healthkeepers Plus. I have called Anthem and asked questions but I want to hear from people that have actual experience with using Anthem healthkeepers Plus and/or Amerigroup medicaid insurance. Can anyone tell me what they think? Do a good amount of doctors in VA accept it? Is it easy to get prescriptions filled? What about prescriptions that require pre authorization? How is their customer service? And is there anything extra that they include that is helpful?
