Has Kent Hovind (Dr. Dino, Christian) actually endorsed "The Protocols of the Elders of Zion" to his audiences?

Kent Hovind aka Dr. Dino, Christian is such a brilliant man that they could not risk allowing him in becoming a corrupting influence to society. The authorities could not pin him on anything substantial, so that they incarcerated him on a trump up charge of tax evasion like how they did "al capone" in. Dr.Dino is by no means anti-simitic, he does not even have any idea what anti-simitic means.
