Hello, I own a small store in Santa Ana and I received a letter from my bank that one of the check from the customer was returned. The reason was because of insufficient fund from the guy's companies bank. I have his phone number and this work number, but his refusing to answer both. Sadly, I do not have his address. No. You shouldn't have to refund your customer solely on the grounds that they are getting a refund request. Now, if they have other reasons, which I'm sure they'll make up plenty of, then probably yes. Depending on your refund policy of course.
