Visa Vanilla prepaid card?

I have a vanilla visa for $150 but for some reason when I try to activate it their website won't recognize the info. I put in the card number, expiration date and CVV in the designated field, but it says "We have encountered an issue with your Account. To contact a customer service representative, please call the toll free number located on the back of the card."
