I want to set up a auto responder?

I need an auto responder that when someone requests a code from me it will respond as soon as the email comes to me. Could some one tell me a good one that is cheap. My problem I am losing business because I can not be at the computer all the time to respond and the customer will not wait hours to get the code. Thanks for helping!
