Can I sue Apple for lying to me?

I know how you feel. Microsoft sent me an automatic update that screwed this computer completely up. Those overseas Indian morons don't have a clue about what to do for any problem either. I had to take it to a specialist which cost me 250 bucks to straighten out Microsoft's screw up. He also told me to stop the auto update permanently. It makes you mad I know but maybe we can eventually learn to do without this sort of crap.
