Worried about ordering from letstalk.com?

Okay I am impatient about ordering the new sidekick 4g android and looked around for great deals on it. First I seen radioshack had it for $99.99 and then seen it for a jaw dropping $29.99 on Walmarts website which said from letstalk.com. I look online about what people had to say about letstalk and some had terrible things to say and some had beautiful things to say. Now I'm looking at the letstalk.com and it says it $9.99. So I called their customer service and asked was the price after a rebate or is there some type of catch. He said "HANDS DOWN its just $9.99 without rebate". I'm ready to buy the phone but I'm trying to get the best deal possible but I don't want something happening later. I also plan to switch my number from metro pcs so will that effect me ordering from letstalk?
