What to call this risotto-like recipe?

Alright, I have concocted this recipe using basmati rice--so it is pretty much not risotto anymore since risotto is made using arborio. Anyway, the ingredients used are white cheddar, chicken stock, tomato, salt, pepper and a bit of balsamic vinegar. When I tried some, it had the texture of risotto but I am not comfortable calling it risotto. Any ideas?
