What the hell is wrong with my eye!?

The whites of my eyes are usually very white. Hardly ever see any little red veins. but at the moment, in my left eye, this is a pink strip, about 3mm wide, running from my iris to the corner of my eye. It doesn't hurt, and there's no **** or anything, but it's been like this for 3 days now. How on earth do I get it to go?! What is it? We don't have eye drops in my house, is there anything homemade that I can concoct?
