How does someone act like jail bait?

He's just being stupid. Jailbait means that you're too young to have sex and yet encourage it, so a guy that has sex with you can go to jail for statutory rape. He's not even using the term correctly...how would you be jailbait, you're eighteen and an adult. He just thinks you're flirty and encourage guys. Some women just naturally do that with their personality, my friend is like that. Your guy friend sounds jealous.
