Does this sound like a good book idea? TEN POINTS BEST ANSWER!!!?

the concept is great, id love to read something like this, only thing that seems wierd is i dont see a school doing something like that, unless the principles are like pscho's or something, seems like something the military or the goverment would do. but all in all in all it sounds like a good book
