Cant adjust to life with my wife, shes not the same as my mum?

I just cannot get on with my new wife. I'm a 45yr old man. I've just moved out of my mum and dads and in with my wife 8 weeks ago. My mum is a great woman, she makes awesome dinners and she does all our laundry and cooks all our dinners and gives us a packed lunch. I dont drive so she would drop me off at work and pick me up if it was raining. Thats just my mum and i'm finding it hard to adapt to life with my wife. Basically, my wife works outside of the home and thinks we should share housework. I just dont see it like that. Like this morning, I had no breakfast, i did not know how to operate this fancy cooker. If i mom went away she left our meals in the freezer while she was away. My wife doesnt want to drop me off at work. She says i should walk and its ONE mile. My mum always left me to and from work if it was cold or rainy. Also my wife insists on me doing washing up, my mum always done it.
